Call for Artists - Castle Arts Festival

Greetings to All,

On the CTSA blog, we received an open invitation to artists from Cheri Miller Weymann of Bill Miller's Castle in Branford. This event venue is planning a one-day arts festival for Sunday, August 9th - (10 AM to 5 PM).  For artists who have their own tents, there will be outside space at a cost of $25 for a 10'x10' space. Others may have space inside the building at a cost of $35. Those showing inside will need to bring their own lighting, as inside lighting is very minimal. Each inside artist will be allowed to plug in one (byo) extension cord.

Bill Miller's says they have an email list of many thousands, as well as a healthy Facebook following. They will advertise on their website under Public Events and on Whofish, Guidezilla, and many local news outlets.  They will place a banner on their high visibility Route 1 frontage, and the tent activity will be obvious from the street.

Their inside bar with drinks and light snacks will be open all day, and they will provide free glasses of water. They may have an outside food truck.
