Greetings to All,

Welcome to Tuesdays! And welcome to all of you who don’t/can’t paint on Thursdays. At the same time, we will miss those of you who can not paint on Tuesdays.

Things are looking a bit cooler, sunny, and a little breezy for Tuesday. We have a 9 AM high tide. There is no shade, so you will have to live with that or bring your own. A tailgate works pretty well, if you can get your car in the right position.

I’m scheduling us for 8 AM for the summer months, but if you prefer to come later, that’s fine. Bring lunch and a chair if you want to relax together after 11:30 or so.

NECK ROAD BOAT LAUNCH, Off Neck Road, Madison

Heading north/east on I-95 take exit 59 (Goose Lane). Turn right onto Soundview Road, and stay left. After about 50 yards, turn left (east) onto Boston Post Road. After about 2.2 miles, turn right (southeast) onto Neck Road.

Heading south/west on I-95, take Exit 60. Turn left (south) onto Mungertown Road. After about 0.6 mi., bear left (east) onto Boston Post Road Rte.1. After about 0.2 mi., turn right (southeast) onto Neck Road.

ALL – On Neck Road, after about 100 yards, turn turn right again (south), continuing on Neck Road. Follow the Boat Launch signs. After about 1.3 miles, at the end of Neck Road, turn left (east) onto Ridgewood Avenue. After about 0.3 mi., at the end of Ridgewood Avenue, turn right (south) onto Circle Beach Road (dirt road). After about 0.3 mi., the boat launch entrance is on the right. You will find plentiful parking.
