With receiving for the Hyland House show just one week away, Sandy, our chairperson for the show, would like to get a sense of how many people are planning to submit paintings, how many paintings, and also how many easels do we have. If you are planning to show at Hyland House, and/or if you have easels that we can borrow, please contact Sandy by email.
The receiving team will accept paintings at Hyland House, 84 Boston Street, Guilford, from 10 to Noon next Wednesday, July 17. Artists must commit their paintings for the duration of the show, which ends on August 11, with pickup from 10-Noon on August 12. If you are not able to make these dates, please request that someone else make your drop-off or pick-up for you. If you don't know someone to ask, contact Sandy or me.
Remember that the Hyland House board will hold a reception for us next Friday, July 19 from 6 to 8 PM.
