Paint Out Tues & Thurs Oct 20 & 22 on the Guilford Green

Last week at the Clinton Town Beach on Thursday, there were quite a few painters out enjoying a perfect day. I missed a few, didn't see a few, but these painters were there for sure: Patty, Jane, Betsey, Paul, Eve, Keiko, Nancy, and Veronica. It is a wonderful spot and we try to go there before and after the beach season, when it is open only to Clinton residents.

This week we'll be at the beach. So many different subjects: the Indian River, the playground, the park area, the beach and the water, the islands, and the marina. My photo selection is rather limited. Take my word for it, there's much more!

I wasn't there but have a glimpse of last week at the DEEP Headquarters on the Connecticut River, thanks to Kay. She tells me that it was windy and cold but sunny. She, Nancy, and Eve were there and there may have been others. Here are her photos.

 

Paint Out Tues & Thurs Oct 6 & 8, DEEP Headquarters, Old Lyme

Painters who went to the DEEP location on the Connecticut River in July enjoyed it very much. Now that the weather is cooler maybe more of us will explore it. Weather forecast for Tues and Thurs this week looks promising.

Last week at Clinton Landing was a very popular week for our group. On Tuesday Tom, Betsey, Sally, Kay, Nancy, and Veronica were there. Mainly dark skies but the sun did show up. On Thursday, Betsey reports that many artists took advantage of a perfect pitch October day and came out to paint: Jane, Kay, Nancy, Beverly, Tom, Jay Babina, Keiko, Paul, Eve, Diana, Robin, and Betsey. I'm happy to report that several painters have taken advantage of our offering both Tues and Thurs each week this season. We'll keep doing it!
